Well, if you squint, it kinda sorta looks like it with those swoopy handlebars and headlight...

Looks more like a Yamaha Vmax than a V-rod.

to me that doesn't look anything like a vrod

I does have a vrod type head light maybe

Doesn't look like a V-Rod at all, IMHO. Since my "other" bike IS an older Ducati, I'm biased, though - I'd buy that bike before any of the Japanese bikes. To each their own, though. My son has a Honda CBR600RR that he's very happy with...it's fun to ride for about 40 miles, then I start getting leg cramps.
