The 1K free service that the dealer throws in with a bike is scheduled for next Thursday. even with rain predicted for two days during the coming week, I should have the 1K with ease. It is a dirty job but someone has to do it.
I just turned 2500k and I have never checked my mileage, wasnt why i bought it.....Im hoping to go for a ride today should put in 100 or so miles on some backroad mountains, I will let you know what I get, but I will running a little higher RPM's since I passed my 2000 break in.

I only use mpg as a measure of the drive train loosening up during the break in period. When it peaks out, it is ready to run.
