Default Exhaust baffle servo control unit

I bought my 08 v-rod recently and there is a mysterious toggle switch on the handlebars that isn't factory and no one could figure out what it was. My buddy is not doing work on my bike and figured out that it is for a baffle system for the exhaust which is factory looking and sounding. I think in this baffle kit, it came with new exhaust tips that have baffles that open and close. Currently it doesn't work at all and my buddy is going to look into it more. He said all the wires look good so far and the servo control unit is getting power so the servo control unit must be defective. I would like to know where to buy this unit to see if it's worth it and then I can learn more about it and decide if I'm going to replace the entire exhaust or just this unit. The problem is that it seems to be made in another country and I can find anything in english about it. It's called "Dr Jekill & Mr Hyde" Servo Control Unit, #E 684600 and they have their website on the unit, www.jekillandkyde.com. Any advice/info will help on this device and this type of system since I think it would mess with the factory "maps" (fuel/air ratio) unless this servo control unit controls that too?

It is an electronically operated baffle sort of like an "exhaust cutout" on an automobile. I think made in Germany. If you use it you should flash the ECU with corrected mapping info assuming you will ride with it open (full loudness). Then when you actuate it to quiet things down such as when you are going trough town at night (or your neighborhood burbs, etc) then your map will be off but short durations no problem. I think in this case while you were operating it the cylinders would lean out a bit.
