I hate to even bother you all with this, but I am having a hell of a time trying to post pics.I had a couple people send me some info, and I have also done searches here and --oh well,I'm still not getting it.I subscribed to picture hosting, then uploaded pictures to that website, resized the pictures to 640x480.Then I would go to post, and click on " click here to upload" then I would type the following: which is one of the pictures I'm trying to post.I then click ok,then it responds back " that the listed address is unsupported" what the heck does that mean??? and what else am I doing wrong.Don't laugh but I've spent over three hours trying to figure this out.My fun "meter" pegged on the second hour.
Someone Help!!!! Please and thank you.
Which picture hosing site are you using? I use photobucket.com. You do exactly as you say...upload pic (picture bucket automatically resized it). It give us the URL, you just copy it (highlight and hit copy). Then post it into the body of your post. Then highlight it in your post and hit the image button above. It should show up then. Hope this helps.
I would recommend you take the instructions in that post...and follow them EXACTLY, word for word.
When you upload your pic, do you ever get a screen with your pic in it? If you don't, you are having problems with the upload. If you SEE your pic on the screen, then you can right click ON THE PIC ITSELF and get the address of the picture from the properties...
Take that address and put it between the [img] tags
Your pic is there, I just happened to notice the period before jpg in the address was missing. Try it again with the period and I'd say you will be successful.
hi jon,
