Another hello from Washington(state)
I just wanted to post up and say thank you for the plethora of information on this site. Whenever I get new bikes the forums always save my behind.
I picked up a wrecked bike that I'm fixing up. I've done this on a few other bikes before but this will be my first Harley project(well, I had a V-rod but that wasn't a fixer). Looks like mostly cosmetic damage, most of the painted parts are scuffed up. Crash bars did their job and took most of the impact. This is my poor mans way of affording the bike I really want.
It's actually kinda fun to take the bike apart and fix things.
Anyway, thanks for all the info and what looks like a great community!
