I am new to this forum but not to motorcycles or forums...
Here is my bike, I've had it for just about a year now, it was a true barn find (well, a garage) old owner put it up on a stand and didn't touch it for 5 or 6 years.
I thought it needed a good home and since I was between bikes (kids college and all) I decided to get it home, get it road worthy and talk to the owner then.
I rebuilt the S&S Shorty 3 times, changed all or most of the hoses, cleaned out the gas tank the best I can, repaired the front fender, (something dripped on it and ate the paint) replaced the seals in the forks...you get the idea. There's more to do and I'm slowly getting it back to its' 2003 glory, Yes it was built in 2003 and had an update in 2008.
