I just joined this website the other day and thought that I would introduce myself to the members. I've been licensed and riding/wrenching on street bikes for almost 50 years, and started riding anything with 2wheels and a motor since I was 10. I have owned 8 different Harley's, sometimes a many as 3 at a time over the years. In all of those years I've never owned a new Harley, just too many good deals on practically new bikes out there. The oldest bike I've owned was a 1939 Knuckle (regret ever selling that one), the newest is a 2005 Twin Cam. Currently I have two scooters parked in my garage, a 2005 Road King that I use for long distance traveling with my Navy buddy and some close friends (going on 88,000 mi, 95" w/gear drive cams, and it still runs strong) and a 1990 FXR Project bike that I just p/u. I've posted a couple of questions so far and have had quite a few good reply's. Thanks to all who have shared their knowledge with me.
