Hello from SE Florida
my most recent bike was a blindingly fast 194 H.P. Kawasaki ZX14R.
However, as I got older, my body changed. That sporting crouch is starting to kill my back. And the going fast is getting very dangerous as my reflexes are slowing down.
SO. I just bought my first ever H.D. A Dyna Switchback.
I bought it. On the way home. I was very concerned about the fact that I could not negotiate a corner. I could not stop without wobbling and I could not understand how the feeling between a sport and cruiser could be so different. I thought it was the forward controls.....the mini apes....the narrower tires?
Nope. It had very under inflated tires.
Once I remedied that, what I found was that I had purchased a smooth and well mannered machine. It in fact turns and handles quite well.
in fact. I like it very much.

So while I have talked a lot of crap about THE MOTOR COMPANY for decades....I may understand some of the appeal already.
