Hello everyone! Just joining the forums while I'm waiting on my '20 Low Rider to be delivered from a dealer up north to my local dealer. I'm 47 years old and it's been my lifelong dream to own a Harley. I used to ride about a dozen years ago and then it was a small metric cruiser. Had a couple of years on it, life got in the way, married, kids, work. You all know the deal.
Time was finally right, and most of my current riding friends hounded me to get away from the Harley name, buy a metric, especially since I haven't ridden in so long. Well, I went to my dealer with the intention of buying a used Street Bob they had. Salesman did his job, I ended up buying a 2020 Low Rider. It was black and as we did the paperwork I saw a pic of the Barracuda Silver model. THAT WAS IT! We changed the paperwork and now I'm just waiting for delivery.
Not going to lie, I've had buyers remorse, fear of riding a huge bike, and just apprehension in general. My friends are split: half say too big the other half say screw them, ride slow, get your legs back and I'll be fine. Anyway. . . .let the journey begin!

Now let’s get serious for your orientation. Go down the hall on your left to the 1st room. No, wait. The 1st room on your right. That is where the commissary is.
Then you will see doors marked for the mortuary, skeet shooting, a room where we make fun of In-Jun bikes, and of course we have a ahh, umm, oh yeah a across the hall.
We had a BOMB MAKING room but, well, ahhhhh, 1 of the guys just didn't understand Blasting Caps very well so..... you know.
