It's been almost 40 years since I been on two wheels and at the age of almost 60 I'm riding again. Why you may ask? Well I got a good deal on an '08 Sportster XL1200C that I couldn't turn down. Got it fairly cheap and had it rehabbed and now I got a bike for half of what that year and model goes for at the dealer. I'll post some pics soon. Now for the getting back to riding part, thats been an experience. My good friend that rides a Glide has been a Godsend to keep me safe and out of trouble and in a few weeks I'll be taking the MSF course. Just wish for now we had more warmer days than cold ones. Yeah, I know...long winded. Anyhow looking forward to being a forum member and hopefully contribute something good some time.
Cheers,Ralph
