Newbie with a Question
I've just joined and have a question I'm sure the more experienced owners could help me with.
I have a 2021 FXBBS and love it but since I purchased it our chapter has gone from strength to strength and are doing way more longer rides and trips.
If I bought a bike now I would almost certainly get a Heritage but I don't have the readily available cash to change.
My question is what are some of the "worthwhile" mods to make that will enable me to have more comfort on the longer rides/trips.
I have put HD forward controls on it (a game changer) and a Dart Flyscreen (which is excellent) but I need some "real world" advice as cash isn't free flowing although I can do things piece meal.
Thanks in advance guys!
I hope you continue to enjoy your ride here to.
Only as a suggestion, by me as a USER, create a signature line similar to my one line on my bike information.
The year, model, and all the letters Harley assigned to the bike. It will appear at the bottom of your post.
Doing this will be helpful if you ask a question. All Harleys aren't the same with many changes and variations over the year.
Of course, you can always add it to any thread with a question.
You can also add any other details you choose and a favorite picture to the signature lines.
If you like, you can also add a favorite picture for an Avatar you see at the top left of all your posts as a postal stamp.
PS….. Questions in the Welcome Area is not the best area for visibility.
Questions would probably get more comments in the proper area using the dropdown menu title FORUMS at the top left on your screen.
Maybe here..

There are a variety of things you can do. But being tight on cash as you indicated, you may spend unneeded money.
What you may want to do is to go on a "long ride" as you determine a "long ride" would be. Then see what hurts. Or what would give you greater comfort?
Then get an add-on for that.
Good luck and have fun!!
