Hi everybody, just joined and thought I'd drop the obligitory first line. I haven't bought my bike yet (I have to wait till spring) cause the weather up here in NY is strange and I'm afraid that if I bought it today, it'll snow tomorrow. Anyhow, the lucky bike is an 08' Dyna Super Glide and you can bet that come the first sign of Spring I'll be knocking on my local dealer's door to drop the cash! CAN'T WAIT! I'm not new to riding but I am new to HD. I checked out my local dealers stock and just fell in love with that Super Glide. Anyhow, don't want to turn this into a long novel, just wanted to say "hay"!
Greetings from New Mexico!!!! I know you'll be dancing like ya gotta pee just waiting for your bike. Now's a good time to read all the technical info and the dyna forums for tips and great advice.
Bob, You're in the same boat I am. I'll be signing on the dotted line come the end of February. I rode for 37 years before selling my last bike 10 years ago. It's time to do it again. You're right, though, their aint' much sense in buying just before the snow falls.
