Hi, From Long Island
I'm brand new, I just got my learners permit today. Now the fun part, trying to pick a ride. I spent two hours at the dealer sitting on every bike.
As soon as the weather breaks I'm going to take classes and get my license.

Howdy and welcome from Colorado. The good people on this site really helped me with their excellent opinions on buying my first bike. Spend some time here and you'll see some great input on your first selection. I 'm glad to see that you're taking the beginner's course...that's the way I started and I highly recommend it.
