I have read quite a bit on here, gleaning some info here and a chuckle there... so I though I might as well register, seems like a bunch of decent people here. I rode a custom sportster many years ago, bored, stroked, lowered, raked, unique in many ways, but had to sell it... long story... recently got back in the wind with an 82 wide glide, not much on it is stock and I am still figuring out exactly what I have. I have wanted a shovel for most my life have started makin it mine with apes and shorter shocks, it needs some new paint, anyway, this is going to be a good year.
