I am new to the forum and I guess I am the new meat on the block. I purchased a 2002 Softtail Standard in May 2005 and I love it.
I had previously had Honda dressers and the softtail is different. I had my bike 3 weeks and went to SparksAmerica bike week and
was riding on the back of a buddy's 4-wheeler, I had parked my bike due to starting to have some bubbly. He didn't let me know that
we were leaving and I went off the back of the 4-wheeler and broke my arm. So I didn't get to ride again until September. My softtail
is definitly different from what I had been used to riding and took a while to get used to the skinny front tire. I am from Okemah, OK
and a buddy has a biker friendly bar named the 62 so if in the area you will be welcome. I am glad I found this forum.
