Hi All,
I guess I am a late bloomer in the world of motorcyling (lets just say I saw the original Skynyrd line up in concert), just learned to ride in the fall of 04' I took the Rider's Edge course and got my license. Three months later (3/05), I bought my first motorcycle. I thought I was crazy (maybe I was) buying a RKCustom as my first bike, but 6,000K later, no regrets at all!!! You know, I used to laugh a little when I saw the slogan..."live to ride, ride to live." I can tell you that I am not laughing now. I never realized how true that is!
Real freedom! I just heard about this sight last week and its great, especially during the winter months! Well, everyone take care and ride safe!!!
Hi Greyrider and a big WELCOME--NO you are not CRAZY because if you are then so am I and a lot of other "older" guys and gals. I had a 450 Honda 35+ years ago--crashed and didn't ride again for 30 years--Bought my first Harley--Heritage Softail Calssic when I was 69 years old--LOL--that one lasted only 3 months and since I was a Geezer I traded it in for a Geezer Glide--06 Ultra--Black and Chrome are the colors.
