Checking in to say Hi
The wife and I bought a 1978 Kawasaki 650SR brand new and have had it ever since. Well it's 30 years old, kids have come and gone and it's getting tired so it was time to replace it. I never thought I'd have one but we found an 2000 XL1200 Sport that we could afford. We've had it only a few days and are getting used to the differences but we love it. The seat has got to go, we'll find one comfortable for both of us, get a taller sissy bar so my wife can lean back but that's about it for while. I wouldn't be afraid to take this bike anywhere.
