My garage is officially full now.
Nubee here from Union Grove Wi.
I have been thinking about buying a bike for awhile and finally made the plunge. The first thing I had to do was convince the wife that I needed one. It didnt take to long and I found out why. Thursday comes and the brother in law and I went shopping. I called the wife and asked her if i should get a bike big enough for both of us or to just get her one also. Her response....I want my own. (Now I know why it wasnt that hard to convince her to get one.
Long story short.. I ended up with a 05 EG Classic and the wife got a 06 883 Sportster Lowride. I have ridden before and the wife has never ridden at all. We get the bikes home on Fri. and I explain to her how to start and stop. After dumping the clutch a few times she was off. She practiced for about an hour and then we took a ride on my bike. Let me tell you it was awesome.
We both signed up for the beginner course thru the local HD shop. I figure I would take it with her because its been a while since I rode and I know there are some things I have forgotten over the years. Also figure I would go legit and get the endorsement on my liscence.
The only immediate change I am going to make on my bike is to get louder pipes on it. I figure if I wanted something to sound like a Goldwing I would have bought one.
So now my garage is officially full. We still have to move some things around but everything fits. Now...if I can only convince the wife to park her Jeep outside.
Now what would a story be without pics.

Welcome from Genesee...just about a 1/2 hour northeast of you. I used to come down to Great Lakes Dragway a couple times per summer when I had more time for that sort of thing. Congratulations on the scoots and enjoy the forum.
