Thumbs up New Ultra Owner

I used to own a GW, until I needed to pay off the ex-wife and needed cash so I sold my bike. It's been awhile since I've had a motorcycle and started searched for what would suit me best. Started looking at the GW's again but I can't see from outside the U.S. Also had a friend who said I need a Harley. I have the opportunity to buy a 2001 Ultra Classic at a price I can afford with low, low miles. Looking for any information good, bad or indifferent before I spend the cash. I have gone to several dealerships and love the bike, but wanted an opinion on the older bike. Looking for the info.
Thanks

If you like the Ultra, have a mechanic check it over and go for it. Good luck and welcome from Texas

Thanks Indy, lived in Lafayette, IN., from 1990 thru 1997. Loved every minute, still scrubbing stupid off my forehead for moving back to the big city. Checking out the Ultra tomorrow if the snow storms not to bad.
