Another Shelby NC member (were takin over! lol)

Hi folks, I am also from Shelby NC. I used to ride a customized Honda Magna, and then after about 16 million trips to My local Harley dealer, I finally decided to break down and go into debt for a new bike (new to me anyway). I searched for weeks for what I wanted, and none of the new ones they had appealed to me that much. I ended up going to Tilleys Harley up in Statesville, and was looking around. A very nice guy named Terry was my salesman. If you ever go up there tell him he still owes me that beer!! Terry was showing me some of the bikes they had, and I asked if there were any preowned ones that they had available. He took me to the back and as soon as I rounded the corner, my heart melted. What I saw was the most gorgeuos, shiny, studded, red and black 06 Heritage Softail Classic on the planet. I sat on it, and realized I wasnt sittting on that bike, I was sitting IN it. I of course played hardball, and looked at the others they had, but Terry is one hell of a salesman, and that bike was already mine and he knew it. I actually went on my first road trip to Nashville, Tennessee this weekend with my wife, and missed a few rallies I hear. I love to ride this bike so much. I have only had it for 2 months and already have put 2,000 miles on it. I would like to meet up with other local riders, to go on road trips, or just to hang out and shoot the breeze. So anyway, enough of my love story, hey to everyone, and hope that I can contribute in some way.
