white wall tires

i recently purchased an 09 roadking classic and the rear tire has some bron spots on the white wall i have tried wesleys bleachwhite and an sos pad and they didnt work any ideas

Go to the ":Google search bar" and type in (clean whitewall tires),

There's over 800 web searches U can look at...on how to clean white wall tires..
