This forum comes up a lot when I do searches so I thought I should join.
I've owned Harleys since 1985. Glad to finally join.

Bought a 1979 FXEF in 1985. Rode it 167,000 miles and bought an 04 Softail Standard rode it 34,000 miles. Traded it a little over a month ago for a 2009 Ultra Classic. I've put just under 3000 miles on it. Love to ride. Live to tinker with them. Mechanical things fascinate me. Firmly believe in doing all my own work. It's MY bike and I like to know it's done right.

My 09 has LaRosa slip on mufflers, stage one air cleaner will be here monday, stage 1 download, NGK one step colder iridium plugs to stop the ping.
