Well, sort of new. I have posted several times over the last few weeks. Thought maybe I should post here as well.
I'm Eric from Florida. Been through several bikes over the years. From Goldwings to Ultra Classics. Sold them when I moved to Florida thinking I didn't need a big touring bike any longer. Just picked up a used '02 Heritage Softail Classic at the local HD dealer for $10,000 with 32,000 miles on her. Traded a Kawasaki Drifter to get it. The Heritage was Jade Sunglo when I bought her with a crease in the front fender. Looked on E-bay and picked up a new set of Glacier Pearl White full set Tins. And I am so pleased with it. Looks like a new bike now.
I am posting before and after photos.
Tell me what you think.
Eric

Yeah, I miss some of my Jap bikes. Smoother ride, easier to maintain, cheaper to own but H-D is sooooo much more fun to ride. I feel like I'm really riding when on an H-D.
I had to change the color of this Heritage. I was hating that Jade Green color.
Set of '06 Pearl White Tins on E-Bay for $700 and New '09 saddlebags for $400. A savings of almost $2000 if I had bought from H-D.
They got some of my money though. I had them put on the tins. Wanted it done right. Good thing too. Had some shredded brake light cables under the old fender that were almost worn through.
