hey guys and girls.
my name is carl jamieson and i'm as new as they come.i thought my 1st post should be to say "hello".i generally frequent other boards that pertain to my other passion-vintage chevy novas.i figured that there's probably a lot to be learned on a H-D forum,so here i am.
i live in langley, british columbia, canada and have been riding off and on for 25 years.
last week i sold my '81 FLT tourglide classic(updated with a 1989 80cid evo),and yesterday i ran to washington state and purchased a 2004 Electra glide classic.there is a bit of border hassle to overcome when importing a vehicle from the U.S.,so i won't have the bike to canada for a few days still.i'll post pictures when the bike has landed here.
i'm looking forward to getting to know everyone.
are there any guys/girls close to me? i'm always looking for people to ride with and have upgraded to a newer touring bike with the hopes of participating in longer rides.
thanks for "listening"......
