New to forum

Hello everyone, just joined the forum although I have been riding the current bike for just under a year. Bought an 05 Ultra (black and gold two-tone) last July and will turn 10,000 miles shortly. Got the bike back from the 1000 mile service and promptly left for Sturgis the same day - 3500 miles later and I was well and truely hooked.

Been looking off and on for a while and (while we were dating) the wife told me that she would buy me a harley if I married her. She mentioned it again so I took her up on the offer before she could change her mind.

Had a 99 Sportster a few years ago and a lot of fun - now I only wonder why I didn't get on an Ultra sooner!!!

Oh well, "growing older, hopefully wiser, but not up."
