need info on some items values

Hello All,
Maybe someone here can answer my question. I have a friend who has some "Enthusiastic Harley Davidson" magazines from 1930-1939 and some Indian collection plates. We are wanting a general idea of the value of these items. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
