New from Potneck, Tennessee
Howdy y'all!
Potneck is not just a place....it is a state of mind.
I have a 1979 1/2 Harley Lowrider.....it was the 80/80 that debuted in the summer of '79.
I have owned the bike for almost 20 years and had not ridden in a while since this summer.
( I actually separated my shoulder in a bicycle wreck and a raccoon. )
Anyway, my Shovelhead is getting a going over.....I got it up and running and it backfired and blew the carb clean off the motor...
I am now looking at another newer bike....to keep the Shovel company.

LOL Omg, I have lived in TN almost my whole life and I've never heard of Potneck!!! hahahah Where is it?

Potneck is a spot on the Cumberland River (Lake Barkley) in Stewart County. Stewart County -- since you are in Franklin probably know -- is the Middle Tennessee County that juts up justs up a bit into Kentucky.
We are the southern part of Land Between the Lakes (Barkley) and Kentucky Lake (Tennessee River.)
Home of Fort Donelson National Battlefied and a good part of Fort Campbell, Ky., is in Stewart County. There is your geography lesson for the day...hope you took notes. There will be a test.
