another newbie
Yup, another newbie here. Just bought an 02 softail today, was love at first sight. Rode it 60 miles home only stopping for gas. Pulled into driveway, went inside to get a drink. Came back out to go ride it and show it off to friends and it wouldn't start.[:@]
The starter sounds like it spins but it doesn't sound like it is engaging the gear. How do I fix it??? I tried taking the starter off, but it won't pull out. HELP!!!

Sorry to hear about your bike and I don't know anything about fixing them but I'm sure someone will be able to help. Try putting the problem in the tech section. Anyway, welcome to the forum.
