Hi. I am in the Air Force and currently on a little island off the coast of Portugal. I am completely new to motorcycles, I don't even have my license yet, so it is pretty obvious that this new 09 Fat Bob is my first bike. Bought it through the military program. I flew back to the states to pick it up, drove it around the yard and parked it until I get back in June. That was very hard to do, but the cold made it easier I will be stationed in Dayton OH next and already saw a few people on here from around that area. Once I figure out what I am doing I would love to meet up with some of you for a ride.
I learned a lot on this forum lurking around for months and it helped me make up my mind to go for the Fat Bob instead of starting out on a Sportster, I sat on a bunch of bikes while I was back and my girlfriend said the Sportster made me look like a gorilla on a minibike
Bike is stock and will be till I get a riding season under my belt, next winter it will be time to buy some toys! I will try to attach some pictures...hope it works!
Beautiful scoot!! Thank you for your service. Glad to have you join in the fun. Great place to hang around.... you may learn a little, may learn a lot, may not learn anything. But you will have a few good laughs and make some new friends. Welcome. Geez
