New to Site, Not new to Bikes!

Hello all I just purchased another bike and am looking for some parts and and knowledge of which parts can cross from year to year. The Bike we just purchased was a buddy of ours and unfortunatly he lost his life while riding. Just picked the bike up off the bank and am looking for parts to piece it together in his memory....it was his baby and we couldnt see anyone else end up with it. The Bike is a 03' Road King 100th Anniversary Edition black with the Silver Stripe. Right now i am looking for a set of hard bags for it being as they were ruined in the accident....any help or leads for this first step would be very useful...Thank You....Be Safe out there.
