Brand new to the world of HD, but have been riding motorcycles off and on for about 40 years. Finally decided to take the plunge and buy a 2009 Ultra in Dark Blue Pearl. After riding Gold Wings for the past 10 years, my only question has been "Why didn't I make this switch 20 years ago?". It seems to me that having a big twin really makes you feel more connected to the experience.
Home for me is about 50 miles north of Seattle, so I have lots of wonderful surroundings to explore on miles of uncrowded back roads.
I'm looking forward to doing some mods myself to personalize the bike and have "officially" started by buying stubby antennas for the radio and CB.
