I'm looking to get my license in the next few months...
Advice would be very welcome... I've ridden quads all my life, a dirtbike here and there when I was a kid but don't have any experience with riding a bike with a clutch..
I have a very generous neighbor who has a Kawasaki 750 he's offered to loan to me until I get my bike. Which he also has an 03 sportster bobber that I'm supposed to go take a look at this week sometime. His father-in-law passed away a while back and left him three harleys to do with what he wants.
He's taking a sportster for himself and offered me the bobber. (Which is the style I like)

Thanks Guys,
I'm waiting for the cash to be freed up so I can take the riders ed course.
Just a note.. I was at the local HD dealer Saturday and got to sit on a 48... Wish I hadn't because now I want one... I go to sleep going through all my toys and figuring out what I can get for the m when I sell them to make a down payment... backup is the 03 sportster.
