Hi to all!
Ridin a sick 2004 Sportster xl 883 ,stage one and aftermarket mufflers , wont except throttle passed idle in low gears when in slow moving traffic when running normal temp ,switch off engine for couple of minutes and starts again but symtoms re-occur, in high gears feels sluggish, enricher **** pops out a 1/4 inch when ridin and noticed engine light comes on for a few secs after engine has been started then goes off.

Howdy from Dallas. Could be a sensor problem, or a fuel delivery (vapor lock) problem. More likely a sensor, tho.
