Need advice

Hi, I'm Talon out here in Texas. Just join because I have a question I need answered. I own an 09 Dyna super glide custom (yee haw) and I am wanting to put a screaming eagle cone heavy duty breather on it. I was told that I would have to have a re-map done on the engine. Then I was told that I would not have to because I had an oxygen sensor. I'm confused about where I need this or not...Help!
