Suspension Lowering
Anyway, I'm also very vertically challenged at 5'7" on a good day with a 28" inseam.
I went to the dealership last night and sat on the 2010 with the new low seat on it and then sat on one with the old style seat on it. I'd guess that the low seat is probably 1/2" lower but I also ordered the lower rear shocks.
First Harley so I hope I enjoy it as much as I plan to. I made the mistake of using a friends 08 classic last weekend and that did it for me. Incredible on the highway.

I have a 2007 Ultra and had a lowering kit put on the front and back, brought the bike down enough for me to be comfortable. I'm not sure if it is a result of the lowering but I do need to tilt the bike to the right quite a bit to get the kick stand down. I've also heard what sounds like the kick stand rubbing the pavement in tight left corners on occasion.
