New from North Texas

I'm a former rider (had an '82 Yamaha Virago for a few years back in college), but haven't ridden in 13 years. Completed Rider's Edge at the Carrollton dealer a few weeks ago and got my license the next day. I've been pressing the wife to let me get back on. Have always wanted a Harley...Now I can't decide which one. I really like Dynas, especially the Wide Glide and Street Bob. But I think the Road King is more practical. I am 6'5" and gotta get something that fits. I test drove an 08 Street Bob at the Fort Worth dealer this week. Loved every second, just needs forward controls.

I have one year to choose; that's when she will let me get one. In the meantime, I'm gonna test ride the heck outta some bikes and enjoy this forum!
