Just picked up my first Harley Davidson, a 2011 denim black Street Glide, about a week ago. Loving every mile, and so far I've added the SEHB, Stage 1, Rinehart slip-ons, streamliner highway pegs, and an LRS 8" dark gray Ultra shield.
It's been quite a shock tho going to this

I miss the ludacris speed results from ripping the throttle on the R1, but not the barely 120 miles per tank or the cramps in my hips. I'm ready to slow down and enjoy the ride.

Traded it in. I didn't think I'd really have the time to ride both enough to justify having two bikes taking up space in the garage. I took the R1 through the mountains of north Georgia, and on the tail of the dragon, and I'll definitely miss it on rides like that. But when I'm stuck on the slab for hours on end I'll be happy I've upgraded to the Street Glide.
