New HD Rider
Well new to the site and looks real good so far. I had ridden MC's over the years but never an HD and had not ridden in about a dozen or so years. Retired 4 years ago down to coastal NC and they decided to build a new HD dealer about a mile or so from the house. I was in there the first day it opened and started browsing. I ended up taking a MSF course at the local college making it easier for the license on the honda 250. Finished on a Sunday at 3:00pm drove home, had a quick cold one and by 4:10 was walking out the door of the dealer picking up my 09 RKC on Tuesday afternoon. Have since found out that the bride likes to ride, never did up north, so got a 250 Rebel for her to learn to scoot on before spring and if she feels into it maybe a Deluxe for her. Looking forward to the info and stories on here.
