Aside from the dude who called me a newbe with a cheap bike, everyone has been great.
Thanks for the welcome and hopefully i can contribute to the forum in a positive way.
I got about 150 miles on my low rider in the last two days.
It feels great being on two wheels again.
Especially on my dream bike.

After riding for 30 of my 36 years on Japanese motorcycles I bought my first Harley Davidson last night. It's a 2007 Low Rider and I am very excited about owning it. I've been out of the saddle for about 3 years, but decided to get back on the road in a big way.
I was always one of those guys who wanted a hog but couldn't justify the additional expense. This time it was a no brainer, though.
I've been lurking around this forum for months.
I think i've been sufficiently warned about the 1% guys, patches and fingerless gloves. I saw the thread about assless chaps but haven't yet explored it... not my thing.
anyway, i'd love any insight into my 07 lowrider.
i picked it up from a used dealer with 10K on it.
Put new tires on it today and plan to change all the fluids and consumables.
Anything I should be looking for?

check the Dyna section, those guy's can help you,
they've probably seen it all.

Don't give the cheap shots a second thought Tex.
there are some who think they are "all that," but
most are pretty good guy's on here.
