Just stumbled across this forum by accident, thought I'd hang awhile and see how it goes....
Dad rode HD's starting in 1940 in the SF Bay area including up to Sacramento. I got my first ride in 1957, been ridin' ever since. Have had lots of Harleys, and a few others too, but keep comin' back to the black and orange! Still got two of the old ones, the 62 made it to Sturgis in '75 (from Maui, it was a wet trip!!!), the 91 Sturgis made it in '93, just added the '10 FXDB street bobber last Feb. use it as a gofer, parts chaser, errand bike, gas got up to $5 here and the bobber gets 45 mpg! I like the efi and the six speed, but the other bikes ain't goin' nowheres....
