My Story
Hello everyone,
Just a quick hello and introduction. My name is Lisa, and I have been riding for about 23 or so years. The funny thing is that not only have I never ridden a Harley, until Father's Day weekend this year, I'd never even sat on one. I've been a Suzuki fan since learning how to drive a bike - until now.
On Father's Day weekend, my husband stopped into the local HD Dealer, and picked up a half helmet. When he came home sporting it, I thought - "I need one of those!". He said "No problem, the dealership is having a big sale, 20% off, let's go down tomorrow and get you one."
When we get there, on the floor is a Teal, 2005 Screaming Eagle Electra Glide that caught my eye and stole my heart. Before I'd left, I put a deposit down, and picked it up 2 days later. I'm in love.
My husband has an Ultra Classic, 2006, so we are a two-touring bike family (but I am not shy about telling him that My bike is better than his!).
I've gone from avoidance to obsession - this must be HD Fever. I'm pretty sure that there is no cure
