Gonna be a proud new owner of a 2010 Electra Glide Classic~Flame Blue Pearl / Brilliant Silver Pearl this coming Tues. I am gonna be a new HD owner coming from a Yamaha Roadstar Warrior XV1700.
I wasn't looking for an HD..(Yet) but was driving down the road and seen an 09 EG same color. Just caught my eye, shiney, bright...I thought, I'm ready to get an HD and went and talked with the guy. I took too long to pull the trigger and lost the bike. I was all set to get into an HD now and did an online search for the same bike, they only made that color combo in 09-10. I found the 10 (the one I am now getting) at Milwakee HD. I was prepared to go get it and ride her back when I discovered that the owner is from my home state. I emailed him to to give him a "hello" from your home state greeting and told him I was looking at a bike at his dealership. He said that he is delivering a bike for his buddy on Tues right near me and said he would deliver mine at not cost to me. So tues I will have my new ride.
I have been reading a lot of info on here as a guest and now joined so I could be apart of this great community. Ride safe eveyone.
