Greetings
My first Hog was a 90 Heritage Softail bought of EBAY.. Can ya believe it.
And yes it was a money pit, but a lot of fun.
The current bike is a 2004 Fatboy.. New and Warranty are two key features of these things.

But I sure missed all the custom work on the old one so I'm sure I'll be reading up.
I do have a stage one and dynajet kit and a set of rinehart staggered's on and enjoying them.
I went on an exhaust system roller coaster for a while but I think I'm done now.

Some of my future ideas with this one are:
- Hiding handlebar wires and chrome controls
- Chrome forks
- Possibly some custom paint to do something about the boring black.
- Various chrome doodads like belt covers, pulley covers, possibly wheels (polished fatboy chrome exchange maybe?)
Anyway, Just saying hello, glad to be here, I hope to learn alot here and hope you all keep the shiney side up.

You will find that this is a great forum with great members and a pretty decent administrative group as well... Is that an Oxymoron?
Decent Administrative? Oh wellâŚ.Welcome and post some pics!

I'm the noneck guy on the far right..
The old blue and white hog on the left is my old baby.
Attempting to add a better pic but getting "file too large errors" attempting fixing it.

I sold her after being sick of seeing some new drip and rebuilding stuff.
It was a very customized scoot.. 10:1 compression, upper rebuild, Andrews cam, etc.
I basically rebuilt the tranny and swapped out the old samson fishtails for some longshots.. Oh and bags, and handlebars to heritage bars from the beachbars (made a HUGE difference to the look of the bike and the handling)
Sounded and ran great.. Especially for an old '90.. But it needed love in areas of engine paint/finish, rusty parts, etc.

Seriously nice flame work!

I saw your site as well.. We might need to talk about some sheet metal for my 04 FLSTF.
That would definitely get rid of the boring black paint.
.. oh and God Bless Texas!
