Help in OK

Hi, everyone I am in the military, and may be moving to Fort Sill, I could use some help with local information. I have many questions. Like what are the riding conditions are in OK? Can I ride most of the year or is it a short riding season. I will be looking for a good independent shop for my scooter and good folks to hang out and ride with.
Any information will be helpful so throw anything you got my way.

Well as far as the riding season here it can be tricky. Currently this year I have been riding the whole winter it has stayed anywhere from the 40's to the 60's. Which is not normal but I will take it. We normally get hit with colder weather and snow in December and it starts to heat back up in March or April. As far as indy shops I am not familiar enough with Fort Sill to point you in the right direction. Thank you for service and welcome to the forum.
