Hey yall, Not sure if I've posted this in another thread but I'm looking for some help.
I have a 04 RKC. Stock motor the only mods are...
1. SE Stage 1 Air Cleaner Kit
2. SE Slipons with stock Headers.
After weeks of research I bought the SEPST. I had the dealer tune it with this magical orange box and Dyno Machine.
my questions are...
1. They only got 75.47 HP and 82.15!! After tuning, Does anyone think this numbers are low??? dont have anything to base them of so I dont know what improvements were achieved.
2. I didnt purchased the software or cables (I dont want to fiddle with it) How do I know whether or not thay actually used the SEPST for the tuning? Just assume? take their word? again I ask because most of the research I have done people have HP and TQ in the 80's or even 90's and my numbers are low.
The dealer also said that the average stock bike is in the mid 60's for HP and 70's for TQ. and that they actually made my bike improve. does this sound right??
they only charged me $210.00 and had the bike for about 6 hrs.
any help advise would be highly appreciated.
Thanks
