Been a member on the forum for a little while but never posted or introduced myself, was just using all the great information available.
I live in queens and own a bodyshop. I bought a 2002 fatboy at the end of last season and have just been getting it ready for this spring.

hah, My definition of open road may be different than yours! I'm near the L.I.E. which is one of the main high ways headed out the island. If you'd consider that open road I guess about 10 miles.

Just being nosey - using as a daily commute or a ride out of town? What kind of seat you using? Gotta have a lot of ball room on most of those streets. Hats off to you and enjoy your ride here!

Welcome to the Forum John, I lived in Queens in my youth, dragged out here when I was 12 kicking and screaming by the folks. You can imagine how a New Yorker fits in out West, but that's a different discussion. Tried getting outta here quit a few times, just can't seem to do it. Glad to have you on-board.
