New to FXCWC but not to Harley
Just picked up this badboy up from Tampa. FL and rode it all the way to NJ.
16 hours and 1,000+ miles.
Shocks are so much softer than my XL1200C and lean angle is better also.
Loving everything about it!
Just one question for the folks here.
I was recommended the Harley Warranty for 1 year.
Obviously the bike did not have anymore warranty so I took the deal for 1 year (I had to drive 1,000miles from FL to NJ so thought it was a smart idea).
Is this something common for people to be extending the warranty or usually people suck it up when things break?
I would probably have less than 500 miles annually on this bike and thought that taking the warranty might have been too expensive.
It was about $800 and I can quit anytime and they will prorate and give me back the remaining.
Any opinion on these warranty ?
