Hello all. Been looking around at the Forum and enjoy the info available. Mostly looking for info regarding the '07 clacking. On my 2nd Harley (1st was a '06 Softtail Heritage Classic, black and lot's of chrome) and traded upto an'07 Ultra Classic that has "the clacking" (9/2006 manufacture). Had the low end torque andheat problemsuntil a set ofV&H true duals and fuel pak fixed that, sounds and runs great but still have the clacking. From the SE TN area, so I have been able to ride more than usual this winter and have been taking advantage of the warm winter so far.

The "Clacking " you are talking about,is it spark knock? do you hear it on acceleration from lower RPMS?
Try a pouch of "Rocket Fuel" I am sure you can find it at one of the shops in your area, hope it helps.
