I've been reading posts for years and found many helpful tech tips. Formerly a member of the Microsoft board until it was disbanded many years ago.
I have a - 1993 Fatboy- imagine that!- and recently added a 2012 Ultra Classic Electraglide to my posse. My wife rides a 2002 Superglide which I also maintain.
I guess the main reason I quit belonging to message boards was because despite all of the great information that is shared, it gets frustrating when you are reading someone's legitimate post of a tech question and have to sort through to blabber-boarders posting stuff like- "I don't know anything about what you are doing (clue) but if you took it to the dealer- they probably know..." like the person who posted didn't know that- and the idea of tech sharing is to take pride in turning all the bolts on your ride - yourself!
I can't be the only one who is thinking if you don't know- don't post and save the space for someone who might know!
But, I hope to be helpful and find some help occasionally- great to finally be in the loop instead of reading around it!
