Noobie here sayin' "Hey"
I live out in the country near Stettler, Alberta, Canada.
Quick background:
Rode dirt for years then started riding on the street last year. Bought an '07 Vulcn 900 as my 1st street bike. Only rode it basically 3-1/2 months then had to put it away for the winter. Late Feb this year found me shopping for what I wanted for a bike. I ended up with an '09 HD Softail Deluxe.
The po has done about everything I wanted in a bike so there isn't much for me to do to it right now except ride It's got 14" Buffalo bars, Rinehart pipes, HD w/shield & leather bags, etc
In roughly 2-1/2 months I've already put on 2300km's which I think is pretty decent considering we haven't had many mornings above freezing yet.
If anyone cares:
Yeah Rotho, it seems decent. Bugs can get rough later in the year.
I haven't got out too much as I built a new shop last summer after my x walked. Hoping all thast will change this year as I get time & possibly meet more riders.
